Quality Service Questionnaire
The City of Port Orange Police Department is committed to providing citizens with exemplary service. In order to assure that the Port Orange Police Department is meeting the community's needs and expectations, we are seeking the opinions of citizens by providing our citizens this online survey form. The survey of citizen attitudes and opinions poses key questions to assist the Police Department in determining citizen perceptions of safety, quality of life, and quality of police services. The survey also allows residents to convey their priorities for enforcement. Community feedback serves as a "report card" and provides insight for the process of establishing goals, enhancing training, and shaping the future of the Police Department.

The Port Orange Police Department is providing this survey to you in an effort to get feedback from the citizens we serve. By taking a few minutes to complete the survey, you will be able to communicate your recommendations and/ or concerns for your community. The Port Orange Police Department strives to meet the highest standards of law enforcement and your feed back is greatly appreciated.
