Violation(s) – Simply stated, that the entire property needs to be mowed and maintained at a height not to exceed 10 inches.  All garbage, waste, debris etc., shall be removed, the building needs to be pressure washed and painted, repair/replace all broken windows and screens – All windows must have screens, repair the rotten/broken fascia, pressure wash & paint the wall on the South side of the property, lighting fixtures outside need covers, all lighting fixtures are required to have the light coverings, the fascia is rotted in areas and needs to be replaced, the entire property needs to be mowed, the siding is rotted in areas and needs to be replaced, all conduit and pipes need to be strapped/secured to the building, window a/c units need to have covers – they cannot be exposed, and remove the items stored outside by the laundry area.

2010 Florida Building Code Section 105.1 as adopted per Chapter 14, Article II of the        City of Port Orange Code of Ordinances Failure to Obtain a Building Permit (A permit must be obtained before construction.)

 

Violation(s) – Simply stated, the parking lot needs to be resurfaced and restriped, repair the fence to its original and upright condition, remove or obtain a permit for the addition in the back of the building, repair the outside receptacle by the office, clean and maintain the monument sign, and install a stop sign for exiting the property.

Violation(s) – Simply stated, severely fire damaged mobile home. The fire damaged home needs to be repaired of demolished.

Violation(s) – Simply stated, the entire property needs to be mowed and all trash and debris needs to be removed.
