Violation(s) – Simply stated, the entire property needs to be mowed and maintained at a height not to exceed 10 inches.  All garbage, waste, debris etc., shall be removed, fix or replace the screens for all of the windows, the parking lot needs to be restriped, and resurfaced, the mattress outside needs to be removed, repair the hole in the wall on the side of the building by the stairs, remove all outside storage, outside receptacles need to be repaired if broken and require a weather proof cover, one of the window sills is missing and needs to be replaced, the deteriorating  window a/c unit needs to be repaired or replaced, any broken gutters need to be replaced, and any paint that is peeling needs to be repainted.

            All wiring methods shall be installed as required by the 2008 National Electrical Code        (NEC) Article 300.

 

Violation(s) – Simply stated, all open wiring must be in closed in conduit. All conduits must run along building and must be properly strapped. The entire property needs to be mowed and maintained at a height not to exceed 10 inches.  All garbage, waste, debris etc., shall be removed, the deteriorating soffit needs to be repaired, the base and exposed wire where the old light post was needs to be removed or a new light post added, outside storage needs to be removed from the property, broken conduit needs to be repaired, all lighting is required to have covers, all broken windows need to be repaired/replaced, conduit needs to run along the building not stretched out over the roof, the clean out and electrical pipe is broken and needs to be replaced, the pipe on the South East side of the building needs to be properly strapped, any broken gutters need to be replaced, any paint that is peeling needs to be repainted, and the stucco is separating from the West side of the building and needs to be repaired.

Violation(s) – Simply stated, All conduit needs to be strapped to the wall. All open wiring must be in             enclosed in conduit. The entire property needs to be mowed and maintained at a height not to exceed 10 inches.  All garbage, waste, debris etc., shall be removed, the dumpster enclosure area needs to be cleaned up and maintained, every outlet must have an outlet cover, maintain a clear working space of three feet for all electrical areas, all window must have screens (not broken), all conduit and outlets must be in good operating order – repair all that are broken, all light fixtures are required to have covers inside and outside, open romex and other wiring in the laundry room needs to be installed and properly strapped, all outside storage around and behind the building needs to be removed, unit #5 needs a cover on the light fixture, and in the laundry room: there needs to be a three foot access area all around the breaker box, the light is not working and needs to be repaired, the blue conduit needs to be properly strapped and wires covered, and the grey conduit needs to properly cover the exposed wires
