Violation(s) – Simply stated, the lanai behind the home was constructed without the proper permit. A permit needs to be applied for, for the lanai.

Violation(s) – Simply stated, the lawn needs to be mowed and maintained. All garbage, trash, junk and debris needs to be removed from the property. All unregistered/unlicensed vehicles and outside storage needs to be properly stored in an enclosed building or removed from the property.

304.15 Doors. All exterior doors, door assemblies and hardware shall be maintained in good condition…

 

CITY OF PORT ORANGE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 42 (Nuisances), ARTICLE II (Garbage, Junk, and Undergrowth), SECTION 42-26 (Cleanliness of property generally—Duty of Owner), (a)(d)(f)

 

CITY OF PORT ORANGE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE, CHAPTER 16, SECTION 3, Fences and Walls (b)(4)(b) Design and Maintenance

 

Violation(s) – Simply stated, all exterior property and premises shall be maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary condition. The occupant shall keep that part of the exterior property which such occupant occupies of controls in a clean and sanitary condition. There is an odor coming from the backyard and the front of the house. All stuctures and exterior property shall be kept free from rodent harborage and infestation. The swimming pool shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and in good repair (swimming pool is green, slimy and has an odor). The exterior of a structure shall be maintained in good repair, structurally sound and sanitary so as not to pose a threat to the public health, safety or welfare. Side door from garage is inaccessible and needs to be repaired. Property needs to be mowed and maintained with grass and overgrowth not to exceed 10” maximum (all overgrowth shall be removed from the house, back, and side yards) (All fences shall be maintained in their original upright condition & (d) (missing boards, pickets, or posts shall be replaced in a timely manner with material of the same type and quality.
