2010 Florida Building Code – Plumbing Section 306 and Section 603.

 

Violation(s) – Simply stated, the building needs to be pressure washed and painted, all broken, damaged and/or covered windows and screens need to be replaced or repaired, the parking lot needs to be resurfaced and restriped and handicap parking spaces installed, tire stops need to be installed in the correct location and position, all lighting fixtures and outlets are required to have covers, all units must have a working smoke alarm(s), all open wiring on site needs to be in conduit or if not used, removed, all conduit and piping needs to be strapped to the wall and in good condition, all temporary lighting and extension cords need to be removed, window a/c units cannot be exposed (need to have the proper covers), any disconnects not in use need to be removed, the fascia that is damaged/rotten needs to be replaced, the grass needs to be mowed, all of the overgrown vines on the building need to be removed, all trash and debris including cigarette butts need to be removed from the site, open romex and other wiring in the laundry room needs to be installed correctly, the window ledge is broken and needs to be replaced, the monument sign needs repair, the cable needs to be properly installed (no piggy backing), the ceiling in storage area needs to be repaired, the soffit is blown out in a couple of areas and needs to be repaired/replaced, the hose bib in the median of the parking lot needs to be properly installed, major plumbing leak in the laundry room is in desperate need of repair, replace the door to the laundry room, replace the dryer vent cover, the fence panels in the storage area need to be removed, maintain a clear working space for all electrical areas, all sidewalks need to be in good repair, and the side walk/ramp in the rear of the building needs to be replaced.

           

            Action to be Considered/Finding Violation:  Non-Compliance
