NOTICE

 

The Selection Committee comprised of Allen Green, Mayor; Donald O. Burnette, Vice Mayor; Dennis A. Kennedy, Councilman; Bob Ford, Councilman, and Drew Bastian, Councilman, along with the Port Orange City Council will be holding a Joint Meeting for the purpose of hearing oral presentations from the firms for RFP #13-21, Audit Services. The meeting has been scheduled to commence at 5:30 P.M. until approximately 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 in the City Council Chamber room located on the first floor of City Hall. Presenters will be allowed 15 minutes for their presentations plus 15 minutes for questions (30 minutes total). The City Council has deemed the presentations open to the public and the proposal submissions open for inspection.
