A proposal to amend the Master Development Agreement (MDA) for an existing Planned Commercial Development (PCD). The Altamira PCD property is located on the east side of Dunlawton Avenue between Taylor Road and Yorktowne Boulevard along with the property at 888 Taylor Road and 1740 Dunlawton Avenue. If the amendment is approved, the following would only apply to the property at the northeast corner of Dunlawton Avenue and Yorktowne Boulevard (1740 Dunlawton Avenue); commercial uses added to the list of permitted uses, the Dunlawton Avenue landscape buffer reduced from 35 feet to 30 feet, allow vehicular access off Dunlawton Avenue and establish a building setback from the B-19 canal. The amendment will also modify language in the MDA pertaining to the location of the existing 10’ screen wall adjacent to Yorktowne Boulevard.
