A proposal to amend the Master Development Agreement and Conceptual Development Plan for an existing planned unit development (PUD) located at the northeast corner of Palmetto and Katherine Streets, known as Bermuda Village PUD. The proposal would change the permitted use of the property from multi-family to a four (4) lot single-family subdivision and establish dimensional requirements (building setbacks, coverage requirements, lot width and area, and height) for the single-family homes. The new development will be known as Riverbank Properties PUD.

The Staff Development Review Committee (SDRC) provides technical review for all applications for development approval.  All Project Engineers and/or applicants are requested to attend the SDRC meeting scheduled for their project.  If for some reason you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the Community Development Department as soon as possible at (386) 506-5674.  All SDRC meetings are open to the public pursuant to F.S. 286.011.
