A proposal to amend the adopted Master Development Agreement (MDA) and Conceptual Development Plan (CDP) for the Nova Depot Planned Commercial Development (PCD). The proposal would allow for additional permitted uses within the PCD including retail, office, and sit-down restaurants, and create regulatory framework for future development of the property. The proposal would also allow for development to occur in three phases with a maximum of three lots and allow for cross access between the lots.

A proposal to construct an approximate 12,989 square foot Chuck E Cheese’s restaurant and entertainment facility along with associated site improvements. The proposed development will be located on Lot 7 within the Pavilion at Port Orange.
The Staff Development Review Committee (SDRC) provides technical review for all applications for development approval. All Project Engineers and/or applicants are requested to attend the SDRC meeting scheduled for their project. If for some reason you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the Community Development Department as soon as possible at (386) 506-5674. All SDRC meetings are open to the public pursuant to F.S. 286.011.
