A proposal to amend the Master Development Agreement (MDA) and Conceptual Development Plan (CDP) for the Port Orange Gateway Center Planned Commercial Development (PCD) located on the north side of Dunlawton Avenue, between I-95 and Yorktowne Boulevard.  The proposed amendment pertains to Lot 6 and provides lot dimensional requirements and permitted uses for the new proposed lot  (Lot 10).  The developer intends to replat Lot 6 to create an additional lot (Lot 10) and construct a +/- 11,000 square foot multi-tenant retail facility on the newly created lot.

A proposal to replat Lot 6 of the Port Orange Gateway Subdivision located at 1751 Dunlawton Avenue.  The proposed replat provides for the creation of an additional out-parcel lot.  The developer intends to construct a +/-11,000 square foot multi-tenant retail facility on the new out-parcel. 

 

 

The Staff Development Review Committee (SDRC) provides technical review for all applications for development approval.  All Project Engineers and/or applicants are requested to attend the SDRC meeting scheduled for their project.  If for some reason you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the Community Development Department as soon as possible at (386) 506-5674.  All SDRC meetings are open to the public pursuant to F.S. 286.011.
