A proposal to demolish an existing 6,500 square foot retail store at 3825 Nova Road (formerly known as Blockbuster Video) and construct a 3,850 square foot bank facility with 3-drive-thru lanes and associated site improvements. The site is an out parcel located within the Dunlawton Square Shopping Center.
