A proposal to develop a vacant parcel located at 3500 Nova Road with a commercial building and redevelop an existing fire damaged commercial building located at 3504 Nova Road. A previous proposal for the subject site was reviewed by staff in 2006 to develop the vacant parcel (3500 Nova Rd.) and make improvements to the existing commercial site at 3504 Nova Road. The current proposal to develop the site consists of two commercial buildings totaling 14,250 square feet along with associated site improvements to both parcels.

A proposal to modify an approved site plan [Case # 10-80000003] at 5460 S. Ridgewood Avenue to include the rear 0.7 acres in the overall development of the site, relocate the proposed retention area, install two 48 culverts in the existing canal, fill in the existing canal, and increase the footprint of the proposed building. The subject property is located on the west side of Ridgewood Avenue, south of Niver Street.

 

 

 

The Staff Development Review Committee (SDRC) provides technical review for all applications for development approval. All Project Engineers and/or applicants are requested to attend the SDRC meeting scheduled for their project. All SDRC meetings are open to the public pursuant to F.S. 286.011.
