A proposal to rezone approximately 80+ acres located at 4000 S. Clyde Morris Boulevard from Volusia County “MH-1” (Mobile Home Park) to City of Port Orange “PUD” (Planned Unit Development), and to establish a Master Development Agreement and Conceptual Development Plan for the existing Mobile Home Park and future redevelopment.  If approved, the PUD will permit the continued use of the property as a Mobile Home Park as well as allow limited office, institutional, and commercial uses.  

 

The Staff Development Review Committee (SDRC) provides technical review for all applications for development approval.  All Project Engineers and/or applicants are requested to attend the SDRC meeting scheduled for their project.  If for some reason you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the Community Development Department as soon as possible at (386) 506-5674.  All SDRC meetings are open to the public pursuant to F.S. 286.011.
