A proposal to construct a 9,100 square foot freestanding retail store (Dollar General) along with associated site improvements on 7.36 acres. The site is located at the northeast corner of Clyde Morris Boulevard and Southwinds Boulevard, within the Southwinds Planned Unit Development.







The Staff Development Review Committee (SDRC) provides technical review for all applications for development approval. All Project Engineers and/or applicants are requested to attend the SDRC meeting scheduled for their project. All SDRC meetings are open to the public pursuant to F.S. 286.011.
