Appeal Notice: Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Port Orange Police Officers’ Pension Board will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he or she may need to ensure at his or her own expense for the taking and preparation of a verbatim record of all testimony and evidence of the proceedings upon which the appeal is to be based.

8. NEW BUSINESS
A. Provide names and signatures of individuals authorized to execute and direct First State Trust (custodian) and further certify the required number of signatures sufficient to so direct (two recommended).
B. Provide names and signatures of individuals authorized to execute and direct Graystone Consulting/Morgan Stanley and further certify the required number of signatures sufficient to so direct (two recommended).
F. Invoice from Freiman Little Actuaries, LLC for contracted actuarial services from September 13, 2013 through May 15, 2014 in the amount of $10,600 (including $3,000 credit for overpayment of September 2013 invoice and $1,500 charge for presentation to City Council on September 24, 2013.
