A request for approval of a variance from Chapter 9, Section 27(b)(9), City of Port Orange Land Development Code. If the variance request is approved, the applicants/property owners are proposing to install a dock/boathouse 5 feet from a riparian side property line in lieu of the required 10 foot setback.

1st AMENDMENT TO THE BERMUDA VILLAGE MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT & CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN/Riverbank Properties PUD (F.K.A. Bermuda Village PUD)

 

A request for approval of the revised 1st Amendment to the Master Development Agreement and Conceptual Development Plan for the Bermuda Village PUD. The purpose of the amendment is to establish lot and building dimensional requirements to allow the property to be subdivided into 3 residential lots and developed with single-family homes.  The amendment will also rename the PUD from Bermuda Village to Riverbank Properties.

A request for approval of the revised Subdivision Replat & Plans for the Riverbank Subdivision. If approved, the owner/developer intends to subdivide the 0.72-acre property into three residential lots and construct a common stormwater retention area.

2013 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ELEMENT (C.I.E.) ANNUAL UPDATE

           

An administrative text amendment updating the Capital Improvements Element of the City’s Comprehensive Plan, including the Capital Improvements Schedule, in accordance with State law.

The Planning Commission shall limit the initial amount of time allotted for each applicant’s presentation to fifteen minutes. The Commission Chairman shall apportion the time available for citizen participation on all agenda items.

 

The Commission will not hear new items after 8:00 p.m. unless authorized by a majority vote of the Commission members present.  Items, which have not been heard by 8:00 p.m., may be continued to a date and time certain, or to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission, as determined by affirmative votes of the majority of the Board Members present.

 

Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Planning Commission will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he or she may need to ensure at his or her own expense for the taking and preparation of a verbatim record of all testimony and evidence of the proceedings upon which the appeal is to be based.
