The Planning Commission shall limit the initial amount of time allotALLted for each applicant’s presentation to fifteen minutes. The Commission Chairman shall apportion the time available for citizen participation on all agenda items.
The Commission will not hear new items after 8:00 p.m. unless authorized by a majority vote of the Commission members present. Items, which have not been heard by 8:00 p.m., may be continued to a date and time certain, or to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission, as determined by affirmative votes of the majority of the Board Members present.
B. NEW BUSINESS:
A request for approval of a Notice of Proposed Change (NOPC) to amend the Pavilion of Port Orange Development of Regional Impact (DRI). The proposed request is to identify a restructuring of the current ownership for the subject property and extend the build-out dates for both Phases I and II by incorporating the Senate Bill 360 2-year extension, the additional Senate Bill 1752 2-year extension, and the 5-year statutory extension permitted under section 380.06 (19)(c) Florida Statute.
