                        Phasing Agreements

 

An administrative request for approval to amend Chapters 2, 5, 6, 15, 17 & 20 of the Land Development Code (LDC) pertaining to phasing agreements, partial bonding, phased inspections, and other types of agreements. If approved, the proposed amendments provide a standardized, yet flexible way to handle logistical concerns for redevelopment type projects.

LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT/Chapters 7, 8 & 19

Building Plan & Permits and Building and Fire Codes

 

An administrative request for approval to amend Chapters 7, 8 & 19 of the Land Development Code (LDC) relating to the enforcement of the adopted Florida Building Code (FBC). The proposed amendments reference the current version of the FBC and will eliminate the need to process administrative amendments to the LDC each time the State revises the Florida Building Code.

LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT/Chapter 10, Article III

Illicit Discharge and Detection Elimination

 

An administrative request for approval to amend the Land Development Code (LDC), establishing Chapter 10, Article III, Illicit Discharge and Detection Elimination. The proposed amendment incorporates federal requirements into the City’s Stormwater Management Program to prevent illicit discharge into the City’s Municipal Separate Storm System (MS4). As part of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit (NPDES), local municipalities are required to develop a program to prevent any discharge into a storm drain system that is not composed entirely of stormwater.
