THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE EASTPORT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY was called to order by Chairman Allen Green at 8:05 P.M.

Chairman Green asked for public comments, there were none.
4. Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting – January 18, 2011
Motion made by Dennis Kennedy, seconded by Bob Pohlmann, to approve the January 18, 2011 minutes. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
5. Annual Report Presentation – FY 2009-2010
Donna Steinebach, Assistant to the City Manager, presented the annual report to the Board. The goal has been to make that industrial area competitive. She advised that the intersection project will begin over the summer.
Mr. Wetherell is excited about the expansion. Mr. Kennedy asked if any new businesses have entered the area recently. Ms. Steinebach advised that there have been a few inquiries but it's been slow, no new businesses. Mr. Kennedy asked if Helen Cauthen has a full list of what the City has available. Ms. Steinebach advised that yes, she does. She has met with Ms. Cauthen’s staff to discuss how they can work together.
Mr. Pohlmann asked about the turn lane at Spruce Creek Rd and Dunlawton. Ms. Steinebach said it's been resolved.
6. Quarterly Update – 2nd Quarter FY 2010-2011
Donna Steinebach, Assistant to the City Manager presented the quarterly report and is a continuation of the annual report.
7. Change Order to Addendum No. 75 to Quentin L. Hampton, Inc. Contract for Engineering Services to Design Intersection Improvements at Spruce Creek Road and Dunlawton Avenue
Motion made by Dennis Kennedy to approve item #7, Seconded by Bob Pohlmann. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote with no further comments.
