Violation(s) – The back porch deck is dilapidated, deteriorating and needs to be removed or repaired.  A building permit will be required for the repair or replacement of the deck.  All rotted wood, fascia, soffit and decking needs to be replaced and in good condition.  Lawn needs to be mowed & maintained.
