Outside Storage: (Outside storage of materials and equipment shall be restricted to the rear yard area and screened by an opaque fence or hedge so that such materials are not visible from any public right-of-way or adjoining lot. Materials and equipment such as appliances, unlicensed / inoperable motor vehicles and motor vehicle parts, shall not be stored outside). (All appliances, metal, scrap material etc; that are being stored outside the home need to be removed).

 

2) Section 42-26(f), of the City Code of Ordinances. Cleanliness of property generally Duty of Owner: (All garbage, trash, junk, or debris needs to be removed from the property).

Outside Storage: (Outside storage of materials and equipment shall be restricted to the rear yard area and screened by an opaque fence or hedge so that such materials are not visible from any public right-of-way or adjoining lot).  All unregistered vehicles must be properly registered, covered or removed from the property.

 

2) Section 42-26 (f), of the City Code of Ordinances. Cleanliness of property generally  Duty of Owner: (All garbage, trash, junk and debris needs to be removed from the property. The entire property needs to be cleaned up).

 

3)  The Florida Building Code 2004, Section 105.1 Permits required, as adopted by the City of Port Orange Land Development Code Chapter 1. (A permit must be obtained for the metal canopy/car port. If a permit is not obtained, the structure would need to be removed).

City of Port Orange Code of Ordinances Chapter 74, Article VIII - Cross Connection Control and State of Florida FAC 62.555.360 - Cross Connection Control for Public Water Systems. Backflow prevention devices are required to be installed on all potable, irrigation, and fire water lines and to be inspected and tested by a certified backflow prevention tester on an annual basis.
