Vacation Status
An account on vacation status receives a discounted monthly garbage rate. To qualify you must meet the following requirements.

  • Please submit a "Utility Service Application" under Rates and Forms. You must confirm the license number on file of the account holder. You may fax or email us the paperwork in advance to your call.You must call to confirm your submission.
  • You must be gone for a period of 3 months or longer. Requests under 3 months will be charged a $40 fee.
  • Water service must be shut off while you are away. At your request, reclaimed water or individual sprinkler meters may remain on.

Please note that we can only complete shut off or turn on requests up to 7 days in advance or less.
