The City Manager serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the City. This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the City and reports directly to the Mayor and City Council.

Pursuant to action of the City of Port Orange City Council on September 20, 2016, this public meeting has been duly called to be held before the City Manager for the following purposes:
- City Manager review of final Riverwalk Escrow Documents as required for the Riverwalk Amended and Restated Master Development Agreement and Concept Development Plan and all other related documents.
- Direction to the City Attorney for delivery of the Escrow Documents.
