Please be advised that you will be notified within 24 hours, once your permit is approved, that your permit is ready for pick-up. If you have not received a call within 24 hours of permit approval, please contact the Building Department at 386-506-5602.
A roof repair shall be limited to 30 square feet of shingles unless otherwise authorized by Building Official and does not involve replacement of sheathing or repair/replacement of structural components. No permit is required where the scope of work meets the criteria mentioned herein.
