How can I pay my water bill?

There are multiple ways to pay your utility bill:

  • The City’s Customer Service staff is available for any questions and to process credit card payments over the phone at (386) 506-5720 Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Use any of 3 after-hours drop boxes for check payments, located at the front entrance of City Hall, on the north side of City Hall, or on the 2nd level of City Hall inside the tunnel near the lobby entrance doors. No cash payments will be accepted at the drop boxes. 
  • Use drive thru for cash payments only.
  • Customers can also pay by mail or set up automated payments through Automated Clearing House (ACH).
  • If establishing new service, please ensure you have all documents completed prior to coming to drive thru. The application and documents may also be sent via email using [email protected]Once your new service is activated, an email will be sent confirming that your service has been activated. Applications and documents required are available on the City’s web site under Customer Service.

*The City of Port Orange will not process utility shutoffs for delinquent utility accounts until April 30, 2020. All late fees imposed for delinquent utility accounts shall be waived through April 30, 2020.)
