Join the Parks and Recreation Department for a magical night at City Center Park. The event will kick off with the official tree lighting ceremony at 6PM. Take a ride on a horse drawn carriage or a festive hay ride, meet Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, listen to holiday classics at the community concert at the amphitheater, and make some holiday gifts in Santa's work shop, a new addition to the event this year! Purchase snacks and hot beverages from the concession stand at Lakeside where all proceeds go to Foundation 37, a local charity that is a community based, volunteer organization committed to significantly impacting people’s lives within the area we work and reside.
