What is SmartGov?
SmartGov is the City of Port Orange's online permitting portal. You can submit building permit applications, development applications, engineering applications and business tax applications with the click of a button. You can track your permit from application all the way to final inspection. When the permit is complete, you will be able to pay and print the permit right from your homes or office.
What all can you do with SmartGov?
- Apply for building permits, engineering permits, development applications, and business tax receipts.
- Submit construction plans and other documents for staff review.
- Pay permit and business tax fees.
- Request inspections.
- Look up pending applications, issued permits, and inspection results.
- Review parcel information.
