Rec Rangers

The word "rec rangers" with each letter filled with a picture from nature.

The Rec Rangers program is a free nature program for children ages 7-14 years old with the mission of fostering young adult connectivity to nature and encouraging participation and stewardship of the parks and recreation opportunities and resources within their community.

Activities are held on the first Wednesday of each month (unless otherwise stated). The times and locations will vary based on the time of year and planned activity.

This is a drop-off program and participants must pre-register for each activity. The registration receipt will provide important information on the location of the activity.

This is an urban environmental education program.

The participants will get to experience nature hands-on, learn, and have fun.
