The Port Orange Police Department Victim Advocate Office offers the following services to the victims of crime and tragedies:
- A database of community resources to assist victims of crime, families, and the elderly
- Assistance in filling all paper work for injunctions for protection, victim impact statements, and victim compensation forms
- Emotional support during medical, criminal justice procedures, and law enforcement matters
- Family/Criminal court orientation, support and advocacy
- Transportation to aid victims of crime
- Assistance with emergency needs such as food, clothing, shelter, and transportation
- Death and injury notifications in cases of domestic violence, homicides, and other related criminal offences

The Victim Advocate Office is located inside the Port Orange Police Department at 4545 Clyde Morris Blvd with services available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The can be reached at (386) 506-5820.
