Current Project Status

Selection - We have selected Collaborative Solutions and Workday as our ERP implementation partners.  Read more...

Process Improvements - We are approximately 8 months into process improvement ahead of our ERP implementation.  The selection committee have elevated Collaborative Solutions (Workday) to move on to contract negotiations.  See the pre-implementation project timeline.

Also, to assist us with this complex task we have engaged the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) who will work with us on the following items relating to our ERP project:

  • Business process review and mapping
  • Comprehensive systems inventory 
  • Gathering requirements and assist with the drafting of our RFP (Complete) 
  • Provide technical assistance
  • Contract negotiation services
