Each single family resident will receive in the mail a new Solid Waste Newsletter Brochure containing important information regarding recycling and what day you are to set it out for collection. Beginning May 1st, there will be changes to a majority of residential recycling collection routes. The recycling collection will now coincide with the large yard waste pile, Claw Zone Day for your home. All of the information is available in the new Solid Waste Newsletter Brochure Please be on the look out for it in your mail.

The Public Works Solid Waste Division promotes the health, safety and aesthetics of the community through continued monitoring of the residential and commercial garbage, trash and recycling collection operations. The division ensures these operations are done in accordance with the city's solid waste management contract and according to city ordinances and resolutions. The Solid Waste Division also oversees the city’s street sweeping services.
