In order to increase customer security and become PCI compliant we now require TLS encryption for our online transactions. Customers experiencing issues with online payments are urged to follow the steps below to enable TLS encryption in Internet Explorer. If you are still experiencing difficulties after performing these steps, please contact customer service at 386-506-5720.
Once you have opened Internet Explorer, click the Settings Icon.
Click "Internet Options".
Note: On older versions of Explorer, you may need to click "Tools" first and then click "Internet Options".
Select the "Advanced" tab at the top right of the menu.
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the menu, where you will see an option to "Use TLS 1.0".
Be sure the box to "Use TLS 1.0" is checked and click OK.
