Terminating Service
You may terminate an account no more than one week in advance.
Renters / Mobile Home Parks
- Verification of account holder's driver's license / state ID** number on file
- Date you would like to terminate service
- Forwarding address
Property Owners
Selling a Property- Copy of the signed settlement statement, recorded deed, or certificate of title showing that you are no longer the owner
- Verification of account holder's driver's license / state ID**

- Please note that if you are sharing the deposit on multiple properties, your deposit will not be refunded
- The account will not be taken out of your name until the renter sets up service
- Please note your deposit will not be refunded if you are still the property owner
