You may terminate an account no more than one week in advance.

Renters / Mobile Home Parks


  • Verification of account holder's driver's license / state ID** number on file
  • Date you would like to terminate service
  • Forwarding address

Property Owners


Selling a Property
  • Copy of the signed settlement statement, recorded deed, or certificate of title showing that you are no longer the owner
  • Verification of account holder's driver's license / state ID**
  • Forwarding address
  • Please note that if you are sharing the deposit on multiple properties, your deposit will not be refunded
Renting a Property
  • The account will not be taken out of your name until the renter sets up service
  • Please note your deposit will not be refunded if you are still the property owner
  • Copy of the signed settlement statement, recorded deed, or certificate of title showing that you are no longer the owner
**Businesses may provide a copy of federal tax identification number in place of a driver's license. Person signing the application must be listed on SunBiz as an authorized officer / director of the corporation.


Listing Agents


  • Verification of the account holder's real estate license number on file
  • Copy of signed settlement statement, recorded deed or certificate of title showing the new owner
  • Date to terminate service
  • Forwarding address

Foreclosure


  • Copy of Deed In Lieu
  • Verification of account holder's driver's license/state ID number on file
  • Date to terminate service
  • Forwarding address
