Mission Statement 

The mission of our City's Finance Department is to safeguard and manage all of the financial aspects of the city, including: accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, investments, budget and purchasing.

The Customer Service Division provides for the establishment of water, sewer, garbage and drainage service to our residential and commercial customers.

The Purchasing Division's primary purpose to acquire goods and/or services at the best possible price, consistent with required specifications, from responsible vendors so that proper and efficient operations exist within the City. In other words, obtaining everything from paper clips and tanker trucks to architectural and engineering services
