The City Clerk is the agency's custodian of public records and maintains all official records of the City, issues Solicitor's Permits, manages the City's citizen boards and commissions, and provides copies of City records upon request. Please direct your requests for public records to the City Clerk's Office.

Estoppel Letters

Estoppel letters (sometimes called a lien search) will include a search of any and all open code violation cases, monies owed to the City for lot mowing, open permits, outstanding utility balances, and any possible liens recorded with the Clerk of Court. Public Records

Public records can be obtained from the City Clerk's office by visiting, calling, or emailing your request to the Clerk's office, by submitting your request through JustFOIA here, or you may fill out this public records request form (PDF).


City Council/Boards & Commissions

City Council meetings are typically held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:30 p.m., with Special Meetings and Workshops held as needed.

If you wish to be added to an agenda, please email your request to City Clerk, Robin Fenwick. Your request should be received at least three weeks prior to the meeting date and should include the name of the speaker, the subject matter, any action requested of Council, the amount of time desired, and which meeting date you are requesting.
