Overview
Utility Billing Online offers customers a convenient way to track their water, sewer and garbage collection payments and provides a record of how much water they use over time. It is part of the Cities effort to give citizens access to information whenever they want instead of only during business hours.

Customers can obtain billing information by registering their utility account number and PIN, a Personal Identification Number, they receive on their utility bill. This Web page walks you through registration. Registration is only for customers who want access to their account over the computer. Click here to be taken to Utility Billing Online website.

Registration

Step 1   See your utility bill for your PIN.

Step 2   Click here or on the Green Utility Billing Online Logo above to begin registering.

Step 3   Enter your utility account number (dash included) and the PIN you received on your utility bill. Click the Sign On button.

Step 4   Choose a new PIN, any combination of up to ten letters and numbers. Type in a hint to help you remember your new password and also enter your email address. Click Submit. Confirmation of your registration will arrive by email. Click "Exit". This will return you to the City of Port Orange home page.

Step 5   When you receive the Email Address Verification message, click the link provided in the email. Enter your Account Number and new PIN on the page that appears. Click Sign-On. Congratulations! You can now click the provided link to look up your account.

The Next Time You Use This Service
Click here or on the Green Utility Billing Online Logo. Enter your utility account number and  you chose. You can check the amount of the last bill and when payment was received under Account Information. Consumption Report includes color graphs to compare water use by billing cycle going back to 2002.
