pogTV FILM FESTIVAL Grant Sponsors:

Festival Format:

Entries will be separated into two groups - high school and college. There is no fee associated with the entries and no individual categories such as drama or animation. The participants will submit DVD copies for judging. Judging criteria will be developed by the judges and will focus on but not limited to creativity, overall production, technical talent, and concept. The submitted films will compete within each group. A first place and second place winner will be selected from the two groups. Cash awards will go to the winners. Once the judging is complete, the Film Festival will be broadcast on pogTV. All entries will air and the winners for each group will be announced during the broadcast. The first place winners from both groups will then compete for the overall film festival winner award. Selection of the overall winner will be determined via an online vote. A separate broadcast featuring the awards presentation will air on pogTV Channel 199.
