Risk Management

Risk Management is a division of the Finance Department. Its function is to identify, analyze, assess and minimize loss exposures faced by the City of Port Orange. Risk Management serves the departments within the City in carrying out the Risk Management process in an effort to protect the City’s human, financial and property assets from the adverse impact of loss.
