Title: Custodian Posted Date: 05/05/2008   Job Description: This position keeps the premises of office buildings and park facilities throughout the city in clean and orderly condition. Must be available nights and weekends. Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired. Three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a Florida Driver License. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations. Knowledge of the materials, methods and equipment typically used in janitorial work.   Salary: $8.51/hour to start
