- PUD/PCD Amendment applications shall be permitted a maximum of two 60-day extensions for resubmittal deadlines. These requests must be received prior to expiration of the deadlines.
- Each 60-day extension shall be $500.00
- Extensions less than 60 days shall be $300.00 (provided the extension is requested prior to expiration of the deadline, otherwise the fee shall be $500.00)
- After a resubmittal deadline has expired the applicant has 60-days to resubmit the project and pay the $500.00 late fee. If the project has lapsed more then 60 days from the resubmittal deadline, the applicant must pay a new application fee.

Expedited Review (Premium Paid Service) Double Fees
Site plan inspection fee 3.25% of estimated construction cost for all code required improvements for sites 5 acres or less or 2.25% of the estimated construction cost for all code required improvements for sites over 5 acres
In addition, weekend or holiday work, if allowed and approved by the City, shall require special payment to the City at least 48 hours in advance of the requested work date. Payment shall be $100.00 per hour with a six (6) hour minimum, regardless of the length of time actually worked.
Final site re-inspections or multi-phase final site inspections - $500 for each inspection beyond final inspection and first re-inspection for entire project.
