This office is primarily responsible for developing, evaluating, maintaining and implementing the City of Port Orange Comprehensive Plan. The Plan is a broad policy document that provides guidance for the City's development and long term growth. This office also reviews annexations, rezonings and development plans to insure conformity with the policies and development regulations outlined in the City's Comprehensive Plan.
