Overview
Code Compliance is divided up into two sections — Residential Code Enforcement and Commercial Compliance.
Residential Code Enforcement ensures that all residential property owners within the city comply with the city's regulations.
Commercial Compliance administers the Commercial Property Maintenance Program (CPMP). The aim of the CPMP is to ensure that required property improvements (i.e. landscaping, irrigation, lighting, parking and signage) are properly maintained.
