The Maintenance Division consists of fourteen employees and is responsible for keeping Public Utilities in operation. The division is located at the Garnsey Water Plant at 4400 Wellfield Road. The primary function of this division is to perform preventative maintenance, installation, replacement, maintenance and repair of all electrical, mechanical equipment and machinery associated with utilities. This includes both water and wastewater treatment plants, 40 wells, 116 lift stations and 3 potable water pump stations and 2 reclaimed water pump stations. Their normal work hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
