The Annual Reports were created to meet several needs. First, they are intended to educate the reader about the Public Utility Department's purpose and structure while identifying areas of focus. Second, they provide a comprehensive overview of the activities undertaken by each of the six divisions over the past fiscal year. This includes identification of workload measures and trends. Finally, the reports include a synopsis update of progress made with respect to significant capital projects.
